Don’t laugh, but my boyfriend and I almost didn’t find the entrance.

I love using Google Maps to find my way to certain places but sometimes it just doesn’t work that well. Like in our case.

I followed the shown path on Google Maps which guided us around the Dubai Mall directly to Burj Khalifa. It took us quite some time until we noticed that the entrance was in the mall.

But to be honest, it was partly our mistake because we didn’t check beforehand where exactly the entrance is located. So, you’re already doing it better than us! 😉

  1. What a wonderful comprehensive guide this is and super helpful with the question. I have it pinned now so will be consulting when I visit again. Thanks Alina

    1. Hey Terri, as it’s the tallest building in the world I definitely think it’s worth it. Fortunately, I don’t suffer from vertigo at high heights but maybe it helps there’s no glass elevator so the ride up is maybe not that of a problem. Once at the top, you don’t need to go close to the glass windows, you can also just see the view from staying a bit back! 🙂

  2. Wow, this is a really helpful guide! I’d love to visit Dubai and see the view from here.
